Village house of 80 m2 with 2 bedrooms and magnificent garden and very nice swimming pool.It is a house in which I live when it is not rented so well equipped as I like to cook.Living room, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms and separate toilet.shaded terrace and swimming pool, beautiful garden with many trees. 

The house is equipped with solar panels that allow us to self-generate electricity when the weather is sunny,

Fred and I also live on the property (see the gray house on one of the photos) but we are calm, I myself am a restaurateur in Avignon so rarely at home (strongly retired). For 3 years that the red house has been rented, we have forged links with many tenants (who also come back to us) and that is exactly what we are looking for.I (jack) am Breton and I have been living in the Vaucluse for almost 20 years and for me this region is extraordinarily beautiful. My bike rides in the Luberon are unforgettable every time and even my comings and goings in Avignon every day are superb. In July, do not miss a little trip to Avignon to attend a few Festival spectators (many Belgians performing) and of course:Isle sur la Sorgue for its antique shops every weekend  Coustellet: for its farmer's market every Sunday (not to be missed under any circumstances), its wine cellars, its restaurants ...Gordes, Maubec, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Lacoste ... the most beautiful villages in Franceand half an hour's drive from the Alpilles: Saint Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence and many other splendid villages
